You’ll find three of the four bedrooms on the second floor. The master suite has a king bed, access to a private balcony, walk-through closet area, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub. The two sizable guest bedrooms in the main house both have easy access to an updated, shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located within the detached cottage across the patio garden for a private retreat. The full bathroom for the private retreat is located in the pool house, adjacent to the hot tub.

Upon walking outside, you are greeted by several living and dining areas with more than enough seating for the entire group, including a covered pergola and outdoor kitchen with a Mugnaini wood-fired pizza oven. The stunning Mediterranean style landscaping, stately palms, and fruit trees frame expansive views which can be enjoyed from all these areas. Then, when you’re ready for a friendly round of ping-pong or pinball, head across the way to the detached garage.
